Gant Travel GIA is a search assistant designed to provide relevant information to Gant Travel customers that search for flights on popular travel booking websites. It listens for searches on appropriate websites and then, after obtaining information on the search via url parsing or web-scraping, performs a similar search in Gant Travel's servers. It then presents the top flight results from Gant to the user. Users can then choose to leave the extension and book flights on Gant's website. Nine websites are currently supported and listened for by the Gant GIA Extension: Kayak.com, Expedia.com, Travelocity.com, Orbitz.com, Tripadvisor.com, Booking.com, Priceline.com, Delta Airlines, and United Airlines.
