Background:
* Checar lives a cada X minutos (valor inicial: 1 minuto).
* Notificar lives uma vez, quando ela começa ou quando o navegador é iniciado.
* Notificações de desktop (valor inicial: ativado).
* Notificações sonoras (valor inicial: ativado).
Popup:
* Links úteis do Cogumelando (Twitch, Facebook, Twitter e Site Oficial).
* Atalho para desativar o som das notificações.
* Se estiver ao-vivo, é exibido informações da live (nome do jogo e título da live) e uma screenshot.
* Se estiver off, são exibidas sugestões de outras lives já exibidas.
Botão:
* Exibe "OFF" para Off-air.
* Exibe "LIVE" para ao-vivo e exibe o nome do jogo no tooltip.
* Exibe "..." na inicialização ou quando falha na conexão (abrir issue caso esteja ocorrendo com frequência).
