Go to Trello and login, open a board then follow these steps:
1. Open a card
2. Click on more (last item on the right side)
3. Right-click on 'Export JSON'
4. Select 'Generate CSV Checklist'
When processing is done your download will begin and your done! All processing is done by Google Chrome, no information will be send to third-party servers. So your data is safe :)
Only checklists are supported at this time, more features will be available soon!
