Music Mode for Youtube™ has many features that you can enable or disable for all tabs, for specific tabs or temporarily for a page*. Also, works on Youtube Music.
Features (all OPTIONAL):
1. Blocks the video and only keeps the audio on YouTube videos
2. Hides the YouTube video thumbnails
3. Hides the images of channel/user avatars
4. Hides the channel art and the images of side panel on Youtube search
5. Blocks the ads on Youtube
6. Disables the video keeping the audio and hides the video thumbnails, channel avatars and ads on Youtube Music
7. Blocks the video and keep only the audio in YouTube videos embedded in other sites
8. Select the appearance of video thumbnails between two options
9. Hides the thumbnails and various other images in Google search when you search for a song or a singer
Notes:
i. Live YouTube videos are hidden but not blocked
ii. If you have the features 2, 3 and 4 enabled, the images are not only hidden but also blocked saving more bandwidth
The extension does not collect any kind of data. The user options are stored locally in the user's browser.
