Met click-to-dial kunt u eenvoudig vanuit uw CRM software (PrefectView of Microsoft Dynamics 365) een call opzetten via uw Xelion softphone of hardphone.
Historie
De functie Historie voegt van elke uitgaande en inkomende call een notitie toe aan de klantkaart waardoor u een overzicht heeft van alle contactmomenten die u met uw klant heeft.
Adresboek import
Met een druk op de knop kunnen de adressen vanuit uw CRM software geïmporteerd worden in de Xelion centrale.
Klantkaart
Altijd alle gegevens van uw klanten bij de hand door het automatisch weergeven van de klantkaart bij een inkomend gesprek van uw klant.
