由于某些原因，中国大陆不能访问Google的网络。但是许多网站使用了Google的JavaScript、CSS和字体分发网络（googleapis.com）的服务，例如StackOverflow使用了Google托管的jQuery、Spring的官方网站是用了Google托管的字体。所以在中国大陆访问这些网站时，加载网页的时间就会由于加载不了Google托管的内容而大大延长，或者网页的某些功能异常。
这个插件会将对googleapis.com的请求转化为对一个国内的托管库（libs.baomitu.com）的请求，从而方便中国大陆用户对上述网站的访问。
