The service is verified to be working in about 400 cities, towns and villages, most of them in the United Kingdom UK, Ireland and Singapore. A more spotty verification was done in regard to New Zealand, Canada, USA, Australia, Puerto Rico, Israel and some other countries. When a coverage issue arises, it is addressed ASAP.

2. Stations and drivers:
Dear taxi stations and private hire operators and cab drivers (taxis and minicabs). Please register. One can register either through this app or at our taxibutton.info website (follow the link at the bottom of the app page). We'll try to approve your listing promptly.
Registered taxi drivers and minicab drivers can update our servers about the location of their taxicabs during the work day. It's done simply, with a press of a button.

This free taxi app is free and simple all-around. Passengers don't have to give any details or information beside location. Its free also for stations and drivers, which are required only to help us maintain quality of service.
