Cá dứa trong tự nhiên đa số đánh bắt thủ công, cá câu lên thì xẻ làm khô. Thông thường, sản xuất bằng phương pháp đem phơi dưới trời nắng.
Đặc biệt, cá dứa so với thực phẩm như hải sản cá khác cũng có hàm lượng omega-3 và dha cao.
Khô cá dứa có mấy loại?
Tùy vào thời gian phơi mà chia làm 2 loại: cá 1 nắng và cá 3 nắng. Còn có loại cá thiên nhiên và cá dứa nuôi.
Khô cá dứa được đánh giá là sản phẩm có giá trị kinh tế cao so với các loại sản phẩm khô cá khác… Cá đánh bắt tự nhiên sẽ có giá cao hơn cá nuôi ở cửa biển.
