Santa Claus, a mysterious character who secretly presents gifts to children on Christmas Eve, is one of the representative characters of the festival theme. He is widely regarded as a derivative image of the Christian saint Nicholas.
Legend has it that on the evening of December 24th, a mysterious man will fly in the sky by nine sleds pulled by reindeer, enter the house from the chimney from house to house, and then secretly put the gift in the socks of the children’s bed. Or piled under the Christmas tree by the fireplace. At other times of the year, he was busy making gifts and supervising the children's behavior.
Although no one has ever seen the mysterious person, people will dress up as a gift to give their children a gift. He is usually described as an old man with a red hat, a big white beard, a red cotton coat, a red boot on his feet, a big bag with a gift, because there is always a gift on Christmas Eve, so I used to call him "Santa Claus."
