The Fractal ID Wallet is a browser extension that allows users to store their validated decentralized identity (DID) credentials. The user needs to have an approved verification granting a Fractal KYC level that includes registering an ERC-20 wallet address. This verification check can be completed on https://fractal.id/
The Fractal DID credentials are automatically generated in our system after a supported KYC is approved. If the user has the Fractal Wallet installed, they will have instant access to them. For the user, the KYC process will get a lot smoother and in one click.
The credentials are generated using our SDK( https://github.com/trustfractal/sdk ) and give the users complete control of their data, incl. support for selective personal data disclosure to guarantee transparent user-centered privacy.
Moreover, we will continue to offer staking opportunities, so users can earn Fractal Protocol tokens (FCL) for selected verified web activities.
Eventually, for the upcoming Fractal Testnet launch in mid-August 2021, Fractal Wallet will be integrated with the Fractal Protocol to allow for further functionalities in the ad market, e.g. earning FCL tokens for data sharing and browsing.
