This extension attempts to suggest movies and shows to you based on your viewing history. We'll also certain you'll definitely love the movies and TV shows it recommends to you because they share close resemblance to the ones you've seen in the past.
Note that in order to get movie or TV show data, the extension used themoviedb API to search for movie details such as casts, year of production, genres, production companies etc. The extension uses these metadata to compare movies and shows so as to calculate percentage similarity between movies/shows you've seen in the past and the ones listed on your Netflix homepage.
