The Brave browser currently has a longstanding bug impacting user experience on YouTube website. Specifically, Brave browser accidentally blocks the "Skip Ads" JavaScript button when YouTube is playing ads. As a result, users have no other options but to wait for the full ad clip to finish, sometimes taking tens of minutes. YouTube natively support users to skip long video ads by programmatically prompting a "Skip Ads" button after the ads have been playing for a certain period of time. Therefore, this browser extension brings back the YouTube's "Skip Ads" functionality to all impacted Brave browser users.
