The PDFfiller Google Chrome extension enables you to attach sticky notes to PDFs from Gmail, search engine results, or web pages in the PDFfiller editor with one click. Save time by eliminating the need to download attachments, save and search for files, or upload documents to your account!

Simply click the “Fill” button when it appears on an email attachment or online, and a fillable version of the PDF will instantly open in the PDFfiller editor ready for you to attach sticky notes.

To use PDFfiller Chrome Extension in Gmail, navigate to a PDF attachment, and click the fill button. Use PDFfiller to attach sticky notes to your document and share via email or SMS. Or, search for a document you need and an orange fill button will appear next to any PDFs in the results. Easily attach sticky notes, email or fax your documents. You can even add a PDF directly from a website. Just click the orange fill button and the linked PDF will open in PDFfiller, where you can attach sticky notes to your documents.

In PDFfiller editor, select "Sticky" on the toolbar at the top of the page and click where you'd like to place the note. To resize, drag the corners or edges of the note, and click inside to start typing.

To change your font type, click the box with the current font name in the toolbar and choose from the dropdown menu. Choose your font size by clicking the number next to the font and selecting from the dropdown list. You can bold, italicize and underline by clicking the corresponding icon, and change the color by clicking the black box the right of the other font tools. You can also change the color of a sticky note. Click the yellow icon that says "Box" to choose another background.

You can move a sticky note to any other place in the document. To do that, click the note, then click the "Arrow" icon, and drag the note in any direction. When you no longer need the sticky note, you can easily remove it. Just click the note, then click the "Trash can" button on the mini-toolbar just above the sticky note.
