How it works

Using Meeedly is simple and easy as Meeedly does not require many configurations with existing video conferencing platforms. Meeedly is an external solution that can be easily used with any of your favorite video conferencing platforms, Learning management system or corporate management system.

Meeedly analyses the engagement level of each participant connected via the Meeedly extension and updates the lecturer during the lecture in the Meeedly extension popping up in the meeting.

It can detect how each participant interacts with the lecture, for example, how many participants watch the ongoing presence in the lecture, if the participant follows up with the lecture tasks such as finding something on the internet, if the participant keeps on working on the presentation tasks such as word documents, PDF or if they share any supporting media or even asking questions.

Here are the steps.
1. Get both you and your student an account on Meeedly.com
2. Install the extension on Google Chrome.
3. Create a meeting with the Meeedly app available at: https://meeedly.com/createmeeting/
4. Add your student as a participant in the Meeedly meeting.
5. Go to your favorite video conferencing platform and start your meeting.
6. Open the Meeedly extension that will list the meeting you created.
7. Click on the meeting displayed and it will pop up the meeting connecting request automatically.
