Display your desktop to all videoconferencing participants when using TeleCOMMUNION.Cloud59.ca
It's simple to use!
By clicking on the "Stream Desktop" icon when connected to TeleCOMMUNION.Cloud59.ca, you will be presented with a choice of windows from your desktop to stream to participants or the whole desktop.
When making presentations, you can choose so stream only your presentation, retaining ability to use ancillary programs to support your presentation without interference; or you can stream the whole desktop to show a class how to use an application. You remain in control of the desktop at all times.
The upcoming update will allow launching of the desktop streamer from a Chrome App; this is the browser extension that functions in the background and will not be visible after installation.
Because Cloud59's TeleCOMMUNION Cloudesktop streamer is based on WebRTC, it may be compatible with other solutions depending on how they are written. In order not to interfere with them, however, the security settings are set to function with only Cloud59's WebRTC-based solutions by default.
