LightboxE will indicate when you are hovering over linked media (images, GIFs, videos) on any website and allow you to view that media instantly without leaving the page.
By default, you can press the spacebar to launch that linked media in a lightbox, but the launch method is configurable on the options screen. There are also various keyboard shortcuts which you can see in the options screen or at the homepage for LightboxE.
