Create backup image for banners too easy
When you create a banner advertisement for any vendor and platform, a requirement is create a backup image or default image, this image is used when the is visiting a page and if he don't have javascript in your browser, therefore the ads should be placed a static image, I don't know who navigate for internet without javascript active but this image is a required for all vendors and agencies.
