White and Silver by TheFreeWindows ( https://www.thefreewindows.com ) is a free theme that won't change the default Chrome appearance but only in two aspects.
The theme makes your toolbar silver (including the address box) and the whole frame (upper bar with tabs) white.
The active tab is silver as the toolbar below creating an effect similar to that of Windows Explorer.
The result is a clean minimal and pleasant interface that lets you focus on content and enjoy.
