Datamop.EU Document Redaction is a bootscale cloud service for automated redaction and anonymization of critical content within documents.
Supported by hyper-intelligent cognitive algorithms this cloud business service removes personal or address data due to legal regulations. It is also possible to redact critical data and information that are not supposed for public use. Thus you can redact documents to provide only the information needed to know by e.g. different departments, internal processing etc.
Datamop.EU uses cognitive services to analyse document content and to give some support in deciding which content should be redacted. Then documents with redacted content are generated all over again to remove any invisible content like meta-data or embedded data streams. The output's rasterization makes it impossible to extract redacted information from lower layers.
Datamop is currently available for free with a fair-use policy. We are continuously improving our cloud service and will inform you once we will introduce a flexible, subscription-based pricing model.
It is very easy to use the Datamop web app: Just upload a document, mop sensitive information off your pages and retrieve a truly datamopped document within minutes.
