It searches for expected network requests, checks expected cookies and split tests to see if the problem is because of an error or setting and displays the results.
This chrome plugin will run through a simple checklist to try and detect the reason why you may not see the tab on a site.
We check:
- That you are on the right environment (live, local, staging, sandbox domains are all checked).
- That the scripts have been injected onto the page (Core, Partner and Launchpad)
- Check that the ready_to_open request was successful.
- isReady is marked as true in the ready_to_open request
- That the cookie hasn't marked you as reaching an exit screen.
- Lists the split tests currently running
- Checks the launchpad append element exists
- Checks to see if a launchpad was found on the page
- Actually looks for the element on the page
