Ключевое сочетание клавиш Ctrl+Ъ применяется при открытой карточке ккт в разделе биллинг кассы или в разделе кассы внутри карты клиента. При использовании, в буфер попадут основные реквизиты ккт, которые нужно указывать в обращении. Это избавит вас от нудного ручного выделения текста в карточке, а так же придаст более корректный вид вашему обращению.
Так же в бэкграунд форме, есть кнопка в виде гаечного ключа.
При её нажатии:
1. Если у вас открыта карточка ккт, то поместит в буфер готовый наряд на ремонт ккт с реквизитами открытой кассы.
2. Если карточки ккт нет, но открыто обращение, то в текст обращения добавит базовую форму наряда.
3. Если ничего не открыто, то добавит в буфер базовую форму наряда.
