On setup of the Spinify App the team member is asked to take 3 selfies – a happy, sad and an OKAY picture. Faces are utilized to depict Mood within the game and show performance. Going great, happy. Not performing, sad.

The Manager determines the target metric, the reward, and the number of winners through MySpinify which allows them to maintain control of the activity focus and monitor team members for assistance or encouragement.

Notifications are used to update all players on their progress and let them know who is ahead of them, who is behind them and further encourage them to greater activity levels.
