The simplest extension found here. Shut off the Autoplay and the Annotations option on youtube. The first loads a suggested video when the current video ends, and the second show annotations during the video play.
This extension doesn't interfere in the functioning of playlists.
Tell me if your language isn't working for annotations.
note: after cleaning the browser history, the default value from youtube will come back, but with this extension you don't need to change again. Works very well!

nota: depois de limpar o histórico do browser, o padrão do youtube volta, mas com essa extensão não será necessário mudar novamente. Funciona muito bem!
