Esta aplicación le permite crear un centro de notificaciones en google chrome donde puede enviar las notificaciones por una ip fija y un puerto definido para el equipo donde quiere recibir las notificaciones
La aplicación se inicia al iniciar el sistema operativo pero para esto google debe permitir ejecutarse en segundo plano
En el panel de la aplicación tiene para elegir si quiere iniciar con el sistema la app y hacerla verificable en su red interna, ( de momento no se ha probado con redes externas pero debe funcionar configurando bien su router reenviando la ip y el puerto de escucha a la computadora donde quiere mandar el mensaje)
Debe tener configurado su firewall para que acepte el paso de la información por la ip y el puerto dado a la app
