With iReportIt, it is possible to report any URL you may be visiting, including:
• Articles, images, speeches, or videos that promote terrorism or encourage violence.
• Websites made by terrorist or extremist organisations.
• Videos of terrorist attacks.
Counter terrorism policing is heavily reliant on intelligence to help protect society from violent attacks. Content posted online is an important source of this intelligence. Users who see disturbing content can now help police in these efforts, whilst remaining totally anonymous. Any URL you visit can be passed to the Metropolitan Police Counter Terrorism Internet Referral Unit via iReportIt quickly and easily without identifying the user. iReportIt will only share the URL and additional comments you provide when filling in the form. No other information will be collected.
