** Permissions **
UpdateHader currently requires 6 permissions:
1, "contextMenus"
2, "storage"
3, "<all_urls>"
4, "webRequest"
5, "webRequestBlocking"
6, "cookies"
"webRequest" and "webRequestBlocking" are required for the modification header to work. "storage" permission is needed to save settings local. "contextMenus" is used to show the User GUI. "cookies" to save the key value format on the user GUI
