The coral polyps are automatically fixed on the calcareous remains of the ancestors' corals during the white larva stage. The corals are the shells secreted by the corals. The chemical composition of the corals is mainly CaCO3 (calcium carbonate), which exists in the form of microcrystalline calcite aggregates. There are a certain amount of organic matter, the shape is mostly dendritic, with vertical stripes on it. Each single coral has concentric and radial stripes in its cross section. The color is often white, and there are also a few blue and black. The coral is not only like a tree branch. The color is bright and beautiful, it can be used as an ornament, and it has high medicinal value, but its environmental role is irreplaceable relative to medicinal value.
