After installation and activation of this product, on each website you visit, the as phonenumber marked fields are extended by a tulip icon. As soon as you click this icon, the phonenumber is shared with the in the same browser installed tdMessenger app.
If the tdMessenger app is not installed, the phonenumber is not sent.
tdMessenger is a product for organisations with which external parties can chat with the organisation via the fixed landline. In the organisation a conversation can e.g. be transferred to another department, etc.
This product takes care that phonenumbers that are marked as phonenumber on websites and/or in crm apps that run on websites, will get an extra button where if you click on it, it will open the tdMessenger app in order to send a message to this phonenumber/customer.
So even if the CRM product has no API in order to connect to tdMessenger, you still have a basic integration.
