In LinkedIn you will find the Cloutex button. Click it to send LinkedIn leads directly into Pipedrive as contacts, organizations and deals or ZohoCRM as leads, contacts, accounts and potentials. Like copy-paste, but better!

Doing your prospecting directly from LinkedIn without having to enter data into your CRM manually, allowing you to streamline your workflow, creating a more efficient prospecting and lead generation process. You can now create your own custom fields to cater to your own specific CRM setup.

You can either do a LinkedIn search or view the profile you want to send to your CRM. Click the Cloutex button and then click submit to either Pipedrive or Zoho. It is that simple.

Cloutex for Chrome was originally built in less than 24 hours during a hackathon from October 16th to 17th 2014. Since we have expanded it due to its popularity. Please note that this version of Cloutex for Chrome is still in Beta so any feedback is appreciated.

FAQ

Q: Can I copy LinkedIn contacts who are not my connections?
A: Yes absolutely. You can copy any contact from LinkedIn.

Q: What do the green fields mean?
A: Green fields are mandatory to create an organization and contact in Pipedrive, account or contact in ZohoCRM.

Q: Why is the email address or phone number not moved into the sidebar?
A: If the contact has not listed particular contact information on their public profile then Cloutex is unable to access this data.

Q: Why is my deal or potential not created?
A: Both Pipedrive or ZohoCRM need a deal/potential title to proceed.

Q: Why did I receive an error but the records were created in my CRM?
A: Send a message to [email protected] and we will check what happened but it is most likely an internal error in your CRM’s system.

Q: How long does it take to copy a contact from LinkedIn to my CRM?
A: Not long! Depending on internet connections, usually between 1-15 seconds.

Q: Can several people connect to the same Pipedrive or ZohoCRM account with Cloutex?
A: Yup. There’s no limitation on the number of people using Cloutex for Chrome connecting to the same Pipedrive or ZohoCRM account.

Q: Does it match any existing contacts in either CRM?
A: Not at the moment, but stay tuned as it is a planned feature.

Q: Can I send updates to existing contacts in my CRM?
A: Not at the moment, but stay tuned as it is a planned feature.
