Start by selecting whether you want to request documents from an applicant or use your phone's camera to scan them in yourself. If you decide to request docs from an applicant, we will send them a text message on behalf of your dealership and help them get you the photo ID, paystubs, bank statements, utility bill, and/or references needed to hang the deal. You'll receive a notification as soon as the applicant uploads documents, allowing you to first review them before clicking a button within DealerTrack to fax them to a lender of your choosing.
