Description

The TRIBUS Gmail widget bridges the gap between Gmail one of the worlds most popular web based mail clients and TRIBUS's next generation gamified CRM platform.

ARCHIVING IS A BREEZE:
The TRIBUS Gmail widget loads at the bottom of all emails you open in the Gmail web client connecting you to your TRIBUS crm application. From here you can easily select a TRIBUS contact to archive your email to with just a couple of clicks.
Finding the right contact to archive to is easy to. Use the type ahead to find the contact or search for the contact by name or telephone number.

CREATE CONTACTS AND LEADS:
So you don't have a Contact record in TRIBUS to archive to already, no problem. The TRIBUS Gmail widget will also allow you to create a new Lead or Contact in TRIBUS and archive your email to it all from within the Gmail web client.

ALREADY ARCHIVED IT?:
If you have already archived an email then this will also be displayed on the TRIBUS Gmail widget when you open the email. It will also provide you information about the record the email was archived to and provide a link to open the Contact within TRIBUS.

LOGIN TO TRIBUS WITH YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT:
If you are already using the TRIBUS Gmail widget you can now login to TRIBUS with your Google+ account. Now logging into TRIBUS is as easy as a single click and you don't have to worry about remembering extra passwords either.
