Instagram lets you @tag Instagram users on its mobile app, and provides a nice autocompletion view as you type.
This extension provides a similar functionality on the web version of Instagram.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Install this extension
2) Go to Instagram.com
3) scroll to a photo you like
4) tag another Instagram user by typing "@" followed by the user's name or handle
5) click to pick from one of the three suggestions you see below your comment, or continue typing and ignore it
