Without this extension, you need to duplicate a chrome tab and type in the new tab your admin URL.
For example, you are an administrator, you have opened site www.site.com and you need to sign in to admin part to www.site.com/admin/. All you need to do is to add /admin/ in a field on the extension popup.
Then you just click on an icon of "the duplicator tab" and click on your added link /admin/ e.q. The chrome will open a current tab with the extra URL www.site.com/admin/.
