This emulator is the first N64 emulator on the Chrome market. It'll run most games at ~60fps if you follow these steps after running it:
1. Open it and browse for the folder with your ROMs in it.
2. In the settings, go to plugins. Set the CPU type to Interpreter and video plugin to GLEStoRice.
3. Load your ROM and it should run consistently at 50 fps.
