An Instagram bot that follows, unfollows and likes for you. You can expect around 100s of followers a week and much more if your content is good.

I recommend a speed of 50 actions per hour. Anything above 60 will get you blocked for 24 hours.

Yes, you can like and follow at the same time but don't unfollow and follow at the same time.

Once you have downloaded it, if you'd like to auto follow (which gets your profile shown on other's explore page) :
1. Go to a user who follows a lot of people which are related to your profile. A generic one would be something like https://www.instagram.com/chloegmoretz/
2. Press the "Follow" button in the header.
3. Leave it in its own window and don't close your laptop After you should give it 6-12 hours then use the auto unfollow.

To unfollow everyone you currently follow :
1. Go to your own profile page
2. Press the "Unfollow" button in the header
3. Leave it in its own window and don't close your laptop

To only unfollow those you followed from a given user
1. Go to that user's page (if you just followed from that page you can just reload the page)
2. Press the "Unfollow" button in the header
3. Leave it in its own window and don't close your laptop

To use the liking feature :
1. Go to a tag which is related to your profile, a generic one would be https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/love/
2. Press the "Like" button in the header
3. Leave it in its own window and don't close your laptop
