We match REFUNDers and WISHLISTers to exchange purchased items.

User Story
REFUNDer:
1) Buys an item that accidentelly will be refunded
2) Instead of send the item back the new customer will take the item

WAITLISTer:
1) Add some item to waitlist (want ot buy but not at that price)
2) Receive notification that someone nearby wants to refund something you (might) like
3) Pays and goes to the previous customer to get the goods

E-commerce:
1) Sends item that accidentelly will be refunded
2) Matches REFUNDer and WAITLISTer to exchange purchased item
3) Saves on shipment, storage and ecology

Profits
E-commerce - less costs on shipping, storage, better ecology
REFUNDer - loyal points for shipping to locals
WAITLISTer - pay less for wanted goods
