For example: Lets say you want to target ads to people interested in losing weight or making money. Simply locate a group on facebook that focuses on the topic and then use this app to extract all the members from that list.
Now that you have all the member information including the ID's simply use this list when setting up your facebook ads. Tell facebook to only promote to this list of users. This will decrease your ad spend and allow you to publish your ads to only the specific people on your list.
