Since its acquisition of gUnify in May 2015, Vonage has continued to support the gUnify Click to Dial Extension to existing customers through the Google Chrome Store. In 2018, Vonage launched a replacement product, the Vonage Integration Suite, which provides customers with an upgraded experience including click-to-dial, call history, call noting, screen pops, reporting and more. gUnify Click to Dial is a free supported Chrome Extension for BroadSoft service providers and their customers, using the BroadWorks hosted VOIP platform.
Includes the following features
1. Click to Dial from any page in Chrome
2. Call from chrome address bar also known as the Omnibox by using omni keyword ( -gu )
3. Confirmation Click to Dial
4. Incoming and outbound screen pop notifications with contact name if available
5. Call dialer with contact search, recent call list, and favorites
Requirements:
-Hosted VOIP from a BroadSoft service provider
-BroadWorks username and password
Contact your BroadSoft service provider if you don't know your username or password.
