I've brought back the old Google Hangouts! Sorry about the minimization being a bit screwed up, the always on top display is off, unfortunately. I'm working on it. The official version is below, in the description. Anything is better than the new update. No credit to me, all credit to Google for the program, I've just uploaded the reverted windowed version. I know a lot of people enjoyed this version, and regret updating. I may update it to have new features in the future, but it will always be the windowed design. Please leave any feedback in the reviews. Thanks!
If you'd like to install the official old hangouts, (with always on top, and minimization fix) you have to:
Download this file and unzip it:
Go to chrome://extensions
Enable Developer Mode
Select "Load Unpacked Extension"
Select your Extracted Revised Hangouts folder
Select Okay
Ta-Da!
