The JTLCloudKey app provides secure access to the JTL Cloud which collects data from JTL Systems ltd customer installations for display and archive purposes. The app ensures that only approved users can access the data on the JTL Cloud.
Approved users can access the live and archived data from the JTL Cloud. Users are only allowed to access data from equipment on installations for which they have explicit approval.
On first use of the app the user is requested to enter information that is required to identify them and this is submitted to JTL Systems for approval. Approved users will be supplied with a PIN that will enable access to the appropriate installations and equipment.
When the user has been approved the app opens with a PIN entry screen. If the PIN entered is valid then the user gains access to the JTL Cloud. Data is displayed in a browser window.
The PIN will only work on the computer from which the account application was submitted.
