Ruffle does not require the official Adobe Flash Player. Instead, Ruffle uses modern web technologies including HTML5, WebAssembly, and WebGL. When you visit a web site, Ruffle replaces embedded Flash movies with the Ruffle player, displaying the Flash content directly in-page.

Currently ActionScript 1.0/2.0 content is supported. This allows for playing content from 2008 and earlier. ActionScript 3.0 content is not yet supported. We're working on it!
