Organize PDF documents - PDFfiller

The PDFfiller Google Chrome extension enables you to organize PDF online with one click. Save time by eliminating the need to download attachments, save and search for files, or upload documents to your account!

Simply click the "Fill" button when it appears on an email attachment or online, and an editable version of the PDF will instantly open in the PDFfiller editor ready for you to fill and make changes. You will find PDFfiller’s powerful editing tools on the toolbar along the top of the page.

To use PDFfiller Chrome Extension in Gmail, select a PDF attachment, and click the fill button. Use PDFfiller to edit your PDF document and share via email or SMS. Alternatively, you can search for the document you need and an orange fill button will appear next to any PDFs in the search results. Easily fill, edit, email, or fax your documents. You can even add a PDF directly from a website. Just click the orange fill button and the linked PDF will open in PDFfiller, where you can change the page order in it or merge it with any PDF document uploaded to your account.

You can easily merge up to five documents. First, check the boxes of the documents you want to merge, then, select "More" from the toolbar, and select "Merge" in the dropdown menu. After that, a dialog box will appear where you can arrange the order of the original documents using up and down arrows. Once you've chosen your desired order, simply name the new document and click the "Merge" button.Your new merged document will open in the editor and be available in "My Documents", along with the original documents.

To change page order, select a page on the left and use the up and down arrow icons. To rotate pages, select a page and use the circular arrow icon. You can also use the restore button to return all pages to their original positions. To delete pages, select a page and click the trash can icon. To add blank pages, click the "Done" button to go to "My Documents" page, where you will see the document along with your other documents. Please make sure that its checkbox is checked. Click the "More" button on the toolbar, then click "Add blank pages" in the dropdown menu.

You can easily create a new folder, click the “All Documents” folder and then click the “Add New Folder” button; after that, a dialog box will appear where you should enter a name of the new folder; finally, click the “Ok” button. As a result, you will see your newly created folder placed alphabetically among the other folders.

In addition, you can protect your documents by moving them to the “Encrypted” folder. To activate the “Encrypted” folder, select it from the left column in “My Documents”. Enter your phone number to receive an activation code via text message, then enter the code. Finally, create and confirm a password. To add documents to the “Encrypted” folder, drag them there from any other folder. To manually lock the folder, click the key icon. It will also automatically lock after 10 minutes of inactivity.
