Replace the default new tab with a countdown showing how many weeks of your life you have consumed already - and how many are left!
Memento Mori is Latin for 'remember that you must die'. It's used as a reminder of the inevitability of death. Rather than be morbid it's aimed at reminding you to make the most of the time you have left and live more in the moment - YOLO!
The countdown is shown over the top of (customisable) inspiring images, with optional inspiring quotes displayed too.
Settings can be used to customise:
* background image
* show / hide title
* show / hide quotes
* light / dark theme
Future iterations will add these features:
* add custom quotes
* add custom colours
* add extra languages
NOTES
# Custom Images
Due to browser restrictions these need to be less than 0.5MB in size.
If you need to reduce the size of any image you might want to try tinypng.com.
For a great source of alternative images you might want to visit unsplash.com.
