Just Adblock plus that allows all sites to serve ads as the default, this extension is intended for my personal use really but I've published it for convenience updating - you can use it too.
Very little of this is my own code, the majority was written by the Adblock Plus team and its contributors, you can find the original repository here:

To make my changes I just added a few exclamation marks here and there to invert the whitelist feature of the original extension this has the effect of automatically disabling the Adblocking feature. I've also changed some strings around (only in en-GB and en-US) to make the user interface more appropriate for this changed functionality.
I do not plan to keep this extension up-to-date with the official Adblock plus but if it becomes unusable in the future I'll probably fix it. Also if Adblock Plus ever create an alternative I'll probably remove this from the store.
