QuiBitcoin nasce con l'obiettivo di fungere da veicolo per la diffusione del Bitcoin in Italia.
L'app offre funzionalità di ricerca (per vicinanza, per nome, per città, per categoria e su mappa) degli esercenti italiani che accettano Bitcoin come metodo di pagamento. Inoltre è possibile aggiungere la propria attività e abilitarla alla ricezione di pagamenti in Bitcoin.
Per ogni esercente viene visualizzata una scheda dettagliata, una descrizione e le recensioni rilasciate dagli utenti.
QuiBitcoin vuole offrire un'ulteriore vetrina agli esercenti che scelgono di adottare il Bitcoin, e al tempo stesso, permettere ai possessori di questa moneta di individuare facilmente i posti dove poter spendere i loro fondi digitali.
L'app mostra anche delle statistiche per avere un'idea della diffusione dei negozi in Italia (per regione, per città e per categoria).
E' possibile anche cercare e individuare gli ATM presenti su territorio nazionale.
