1. Click the top right Webfilter icon
2. Select "Change Security Policy ..."

1. In your chrome, navigate to chrome://extensions, or setup -> Tool -> Extensions
2. In the extension page, find WebFilter addon
3. Click the "options" button for WebFilter addon
4. Enjoy building your own security profile
5. After everything is done, click "Save" to make new policy effect

2. In the extension page, find WebFilter addon
3. Select "Allow in incognito" check box.
How to uninstall:

3. Select uninstall link to uninstall it.
