Despicable Me: Minion Rush is an infinite racer, similar to Temple Run. Players control a minion from the animated movie Despicable Me, and must avoid series of obstacles in order to complete game goals. Players must complete missions in to garner higher multipliers, which will ultimately get them higher scores. Bananas are strewn throughout the course and players must try to collect them to increase their score. Bananas can also be used to purchase new powerups, as well as making their existing powerups stronger. Players can change their minions, choosing from some of the more memorable characters from the movie. During races in which players run a particularly long distance, they have the chance to revive themselves after a crash with tokens they purchase from the Despicable Me: Minion Rush store. The game features no inappropriate content and is recommended for children aged 6 and older.
