Getting started is as simple as signing into your Zendesk Support account, and then replying to a ticket in your Gmail inbox! No extra tabs, no context switching, so you can get back to what matters, faster.
You can use the extension for any of the following tasks:
- See the current assignee, type, priority, and status of a ticket.
- Assign tickets to your agents
- Change the ticket type
- Change the ticket priority
- Specify if your reply is public or private
- Change the status of the ticket when sending the reply
