The PDFfiller Google Drive App enables you to open and read PDF documents in both Google Drive and PDFfiller, with just a few clicks. Eliminate the hassles of downloading attachments and uploading documents back. Connect Google Drive with your PDFfiller account and save time!
To connect the App, start by selecting your document in Google Docs. Go to the More > Open with > Connect more Apps and search for PDFfiller. Click Connect on the PDFfiller App to add it. To use the PDFfiller Google App, simply select a supported document in Google Drive, then click More > Open With > PDFfiller. A fillable version of the PDF will instantly open in the PDFfiller editor. Take advantage of PDFfiller’s powerful tools to read and edit PDF documents online.
The document will be saved automatically in “My Documents”, so your will be able to open and read it anytime from anywhere using any device connected to the internet.
You may need to annotate a PDF document while reading it online. PDFfiller offers very useful and powerful tools for annotation. You can easily add your comments to the document using text boxes or sticky notes. To do this, select "Text Box" or "Sticky" on the editing toolbar and click where you’d like to place the text box or sticky note in the document. To resize the text box or sticky note, drag its corners or edges. To enter text into the box or sticky note, click inside it and start typing. To change the font type, click the box with the current font name on the formatting toolbar and choose your desired font from the dropdown menu. You can change the font size by clicking the number right next to the font type and selecting from the appropriate size from the dropdown list. To underline your text or make it bold or italic, use the "U", "B", and "I" icons, respectively. To change the text color, click the colored box to the right of the font tools and select the color you want. You can easily remove a sticky note or a text box from the document by clicking the trash icon.
You can also highlight the content while reading your document. Click the “Highlight” button to activate the highlighter. Select the content that you want to highlight by clicking and dragging the cursor. Release the cursor when you have finished highlighting text.
