Googleで法令名を検索すると、多くの場合eGov法令検索がヒットし、eGov法令検索で条文の確認をすることが多いと思います。しかし、eGov法令検索の難点は、ある条文を読みたいときに、該当条文までスクロールするか、目次を辿らなくてはいけないことです。本拡張機能を使用すれば、目的の条数がわかっていれば、キー（テンキーまたは数字キー）で条数を入力するだけで、瞬時に該当条文へ移動することができます。入力後、一定時間（2秒）入力がないとリセットされるので、再度キーを入力して次の条文を検索することができます。
